Question: How are my items shipped?
- All items are shipped with USPS; Priority mail. We ship all orders on the same day if placed by 4pm CST. If you place an order on Saturday, we will not ship your order until Monday. We offer FREE shipping on all orders $75 or more. Sezzle Pay is also available for your purchases as well.
Question: How do I track my package?
- Upon purchasing from Free 2 Be You Boutique, you will be sent a tracking number via email once your order is packaged. Please make sure you check the email you made your purchase with before reaching out.
Question: How is my order confirmed?
- Upon purchase you are sent an email confirming you placed an order with Free 2 Be You Boutique.
Question: I have not received my order. What should I do?
- Once you are provided a tracking number, the package is no longer in our possession. Please follow up with USPS with the provided tracking number for all order updates. If after reaching out to them you are still having issues, please send us an email at email@example.com
Q: I received my order and it is the wrong size.
- Please adhere to the return policy.
Q: My items I received are damaged, what do I do?
- We are all human, but we guarantee thorough evaluations of all packages before they leave our store. On the rare occasion this happens, please send us an email immediately. Once your item has been noted as damaged, we will provide a return shipping label. Once we get the return tracking information, we will issue you a FULL refund. However, we are NOT responsible for damages after you wash or wear an item.
